Holistic Support For Vulnerable Individuals
We Are Provider of Accommodation and Support looking after A Range of Vulnerable individuals
Daccic Supported Accommodation is a vital resource for many people who are in need of support. It provides a safe and secure environment where people can access the services they need to lead meaningful and productive lives.
By providing these services, Daccic helps individuals achieve positive outcomes such as better mental health, increased independence, improved employment prospects and increased social inclusion. In addition, supported housing also contributes to stronger and safer communities by reducing crime rates and improving the quality of life in the area.
Supported housing is an essential part of our society, providing a safe and secure environment for those who need it most.
Moving on to independent living can be a challenging experience, but the support available can help people develop the skills and access the resources they need to make a successful transition.
From advice on budgeting, finding employment or further education, to help with housing applications and tenancy agreements - the support on offer is designed to equip people with the knowledge and confidence needed for independent living.
Continuous development support to empowering disadvantage groups in building confidence, self-esteem, and work ethic
This project supports ex-offenders in successfully transitioning from prison to the community, enabling them to lead meaningful lives and seamlessly integrate with other community members. It is about helping them gain important skills to find work and move into employment.
We offer a comprehensive and structured approach to achieving genuine and sustainable rehabilitation, supported by valuable assistance in skills development, guidance, and mentorship.
We aim to support them in confidence-building, self-esteem, and work ethic by empowering them to become more productive members of society who can actively contribute to the growth of their local communities.
The programme offers peer mentorship, one-on-one support, and training development workshops, will deliver positive social relationships, establish strong networks, and engage in prosocial activities to assist individuals in shaping a new identity.
The programme seeks to enhance attitudes, motivation, and the building of personal and social skills, as well as life and employability skills, that will ultimately lead to behavioural changes.
We ensure that those that need supported have access to the resources they need to lead healthy and fulfilling lives.
We believe everyone regardless of one's circumstances; they should have equal opportunity to live a fuller life as possible. Their needs should be equally supported as and when needed. We also believe that people who provide support and care, themselves should be given the support and resources to deliver care services effectively.
We especially campaign for people on low to no incomes, where the cost of providing care is burdensome, and in communities where help is not readily available.
